Lead with care
Moments exists for meaningful events, so every page, message, photo, and guest interaction should treat people with dignity.
Community Guidelines
These guidelines explain how hosts, guests, and partners can help keep event pages useful, private, kind, and focused on the people being celebrated.
Principles
Moments is built for meaningful gatherings. These principles help keep the platform aligned with that purpose.
Moments exists for meaningful events, so every page, message, photo, and guest interaction should treat people with dignity.
Event pages can include personal details, family stories, guest names, photos, and locations. Share only what you have permission to share.
Hosts should make event information clear and current so guests can trust the page before, during, and after the event.
Moments should not be used for spam, impersonation, scams, misleading pages, or activity that harms hosts, guests, or partners.
Guidelines
Write as if the host, guest of honor, family, and invited guests may all read it. Do not post harassment, threats, bullying, insults, hate, or personal attacks.
Do not upload photos, videos, names, addresses, private messages, or sensitive information unless you have the right to share it in the context of that event.
Many Moments pages involve graduations, birthdays, weddings, memorials, and family milestones. Be thoughtful with photos of minors, school details, home addresses, and private family information.
Guestbook entries, uploads, RSVP fields, and forms should support the event. Do not use them to advertise unrelated products, collect leads, or post repetitive promotional content.
Do not share login credentials, misuse invite links, impersonate another person, or try to access an event, guest list, or dashboard that does not belong to you.
If something feels wrong, unsafe, private, or inappropriate, contact the host or Moments support so it can be reviewed calmly and clearly.
Not Allowed
These categories may lead to removal, access limits, account review, or other practical action.
For Hosts
Hosts should decide what belongs on the page, what guests can submit, and how public or private the event should be.
For events with uploads or guestbook activity, hosts should review submitted content and remove anything that does not fit the event.
Use guest information only for the event experience. Avoid sharing guest details, RSVP responses, or private notes outside the intended context.
For Guests
RSVP honestly, leave thoughtful messages, and upload content that supports the host and the people being celebrated.
If a page is invite-only, private, or meant for a specific group, do not forward links or content beyond that audience without permission.
Before uploading, consider whether the people in the photo would be comfortable seeing it on the event page.
Reporting
Privacy, safety, impersonation, spam, or inappropriate content should be handled calmly and with enough context to review the concern.
Save the event link, page section, guestbook entry, upload, or message that needs review.
If you know the host, start there. If the issue involves privacy, safety, access, or account misuse, contact Moments support.
Moments may remove content, restrict access, contact the account owner, or take other practical action based on the situation.
FAQ
These guidelines apply to hosts, guests, account owners, partners, and anyone interacting with a Moments event page, dashboard feature, upload, form, RSVP, or guestbook entry.
Yes. Hosts should be able to manage the tone and safety of their event page. If a guest upload, message, or entry does not fit the event, the host can review and remove it where those controls are available.
Contact the host or Moments support with the event link and a clear description of what information should be reviewed. Do not repost or forward the private information while trying to report it.
The response depends on the situation. Moments may remove content, limit access, contact an account owner, disable abusive activity, or take other reasonable steps to protect hosts, guests, and event communities.
